Cancellation & returns

Right of withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty.

How to withdraw

Send your withdrawal notice before the period ends, in writing to info@arwein.com.tr or from the order page in your account. We confirm receipt by email.

Returning the goods

Within 10 days of your notice, return the item with its invoice and all accessories, in its original packaging where possible, free of charge with the carrier we name. If you choose another carrier the cost is yours.

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving your notice we refund the price and any delivery cost using the payment method you used. Bank processing times vary.

Exceptions

• Items personalised to your specification or made to order,
• Items whose packaging, tape or seal has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,
• Used, washed or damaged items,
• Other exceptions listed in the law.

Defective goods

For defective or wrongly shipped items your right to exchange or refund applies regardless of the withdrawal period; return shipping is on us.

Disputes

Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
