Dispatch

Orders are handed to the carrier within 3 working days of payment confirmation; in-stock items usually leave the same or the next working day. Preparation time for handmade or made-to-order items is stated on the product page.

Delivery time

Deliveries within Türkiye usually arrive 1–4 working days after dispatch. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee is shown clearly in the order summary before you pay. Conditions of any free-shipping offer are stated on the site.

Check on delivery

If the parcel is damaged on arrival, have the courier record it and tell us the same day at info@arwein.com.tr; damaged deliveries are replaced free of charge or refunded.

Undeliverable orders

If an order is returned because of a wrong address or an unreachable recipient, we contact you and either resend the order or cancel it and refund the amount.
