2. Goods

The essential characteristics, quantity, total price including taxes and delivery costs are shown on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by the methods offered on the site (credit/debit card and any other listed methods). Delivery is made by carrier to the stated address within 30 days of payment confirmation at the latest; see the Shipping & delivery page.

4. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Exercise, exceptions and the return process are described on the Cancellation & returns page.

5. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to info@arwein.com.tr. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

6. Validity

This information is deemed read and accepted by the consumer when the order is placed and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.
