Distance sales contract

Article 1 – Parties

Seller: ………, ………, info@arwein.com.tr, 0 242 345 70 00, Tax office/no: ……… / ………, MERSIS: ……….
Buyer: the consumer whose name, address and contact details appear on the order form.

Article 2 – Subject

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the goods the Buyer ordered electronically from the shop at https://www.arwein.com.tr, as described and priced in the order summary.

Article 3 – Goods and price

Type, quantity, brand/model, colour, price including taxes, payment method and delivery costs appear in the order summary and confirmation email and form part of this contract.

Article 4 – Delivery

Goods are delivered by carrier to the Buyer's address within 30 days of payment confirmation at the latest. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise and are shown in the order summary. If the Buyer is absent or refuses delivery, responsibility lies with the Buyer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering by the methods offered on the site. Instalment and interest conditions for card payments are governed by the agreement between the Buyer and their bank. Unconfirmed payments are not processed.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without reason or penalty by written notice to info@arwein.com.tr. Goods are returned free of charge with the Seller's contracted carrier within 10 days of the notice; the price and delivery cost are refunded within 14 days by the original payment method. Personalised or made-to-order items, opened hygiene-sensitive items and other items listed in the Regulation are excluded.

Article 7 – Buyer's declarations

The Buyer declares having read the Preliminary Information Form, having been informed of the essential characteristics, price, payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal, and accepts this contract electronically by confirming the order.

Article 8 – Seller's obligations

The Seller delivers the goods intact, complete, as specified and with any warranty document. If the goods cannot be supplied, the Buyer is informed within 3 days and refunded within 14 days.

Article 9 – Personal data

The Buyer's personal data are processed to form and perform this contract as described in the Privacy Notice.

Article 10 – Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or Seller's domicile have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts beyond them.

Article 11 – Entry into force

By placing the order the Buyer accepts all terms of this contract, which enters into force on the order date; a copy is sent with the order confirmation email.
