Privacy notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address,
• Customer transactions: orders, payment status, returns and support records (we never store card details; payment is processed by a licensed payment institution),

• Marketing: your email preferences, only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Forming and performing the contract (orders, delivery, returns, invoicing) – Art. 5/2-c,
• Meeting our legal obligations (tax and consumer law) – Art. 5/2-ç,
• Site security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f,
• Commercial electronic messages – explicit consent, Art. 5/1.

4. Transfers

Data may be shared, strictly for these purposes, with carriers, payment institutions, accounting/e-invoice providers, hosting and email infrastructure providers, and competent public authorities.

5. Collection method

Data are collected through registration and order forms, contact channels and automatically while you use the site (cookies).

6. Retention

Order and invoice records: 10 years under tax law; account data: for the life of the account plus the statutory limitation period; marketing consent: until withdrawn.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data are processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether data are used accordingly, know the third parties they are transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
